Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I groom my dog?
Bath & tidy: every 4–6 weeks. Full haircut: every 6–8 weeks (some coats 4–6 weeks). Nails: every 3–4 weeks. Teeth brushing: weekly at home + during grooms.
What does mobile grooming include?
Bath & blow-dry (hypoallergenic options), full haircut & styling (Miami heat-friendly), nail trimming & grinding (quiet tools), ear cleaning & sanitary trim, teeth brushing / mobile dental add-on, de-shedding for double coats, skin-sensitive routines (fragrance-free), and after-care and maintenance tips.
Is mobile grooming better than a salon?
Usually slightly higher due to travel and one-on-one time, but packages and recurring schedules keep it competitive. One-on-one care, no cages, no waiting room — ideal for anxious and senior dogs.
Which areas do you serve?
Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Kendall, Miami Beach, Homestead, Pinecrest, South Miami, Pembroke Pines and nearby ZIPs. Message us to confirm your address.
Why is regular grooming important for dogs?
Regular grooming maintains healthy skin, a clean coat, controlled shedding, and overall comfort — especially important in Miami’s heat and humidity.
How do you prevent matting in a dog’s coat?
We assess safety first. Severe mats may require a shorter, humane clip and a prevention plan. We recommend brushing 3–4 times per week at home and scheduling grooms every 4–6 weeks.
Do you offer grooming for senior dogs?
Yes! The quiet, one-on-one mobile environment is ideal for nervous or senior pups. We use quiet dryers, take breaks as needed, and adjust every session to your dog’s comfort.
Do you groom anxious dogs?
Our one-on-one approach helps create a calmer and more positive experience.
Pricing and Safety Information
Package prices are starting rates. The final price may vary depending on your dog’s size, breed, coat type and condition, matting, behavior, requested style, and the time required to complete the service safely.
Severe matting, extensive de-shedding, flea or tick treatment, and specialty products may require an additional charge. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed before the service begins.
External anal gland expression is performed only when appropriate. If we notice pain, swelling, bleeding, discharge, signs of infection, or another health concern, we will stop that part of the service and recommend an evaluation by a licensed veterinarian.
Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first. Services may be modified or discontinued if your dog shows signs of significant distress or cannot be handled safely.
